I'M GOING TO SPAIN

I’m thrilled to share some exciting news… I will be traveling to Spain on a media tour alongside D.O. Cava and the Consorcio del Jamon Serrano! I will be departing this weekend alongside several other food and wine writers and experts, and we’ll be visiting Barcelona, Girona, Zaragoza, Teruel, and Madrid. During our visit, we will tour and meet producers and farmers to gain in-depth knowledge and insight into the cultural heritage, art, and practices of Spanish jamon (Serrano ham).
